Sofia and Elena have been busy over the past month or so, separately as well as together. Let’s take a look at what they’ve been up to.
Sofia and Elena attended a scholarship presentation ceremony at the “Queen Sofia Foundation Alzheimer Center” in Madrid on Feb. 26th.

Calm yourselves, but Elena wore pants to church on March 1st. I don’t think anyone had an issue with it, judging from the happy faces all around.
On March 1st, 2019, Infanta Elena continued a tradition that the Spanish royals have upheld for over 300 years. Sofia and Elena attended an 80th Birthday party for Infanta Margarita, who is King JC’s youngest sister on March 6th.


On March 12th Elena handed out awards from the MAPFRE Foundation to various companies and entities involved in employment programs.

And last but not least, Elena visited Real Club Nautico on March15th. The Galician Sailing Federation brought together the most outstanding athletes in Galicia for the gala in which, among others, the king’s eldest sister received a special prize.
