Britain

The King and Queen are still at Sandringham where they attended the New Year’s Day service at the Church of St Mary Magdalene. I never really thought I would appreciate Camilla in a wrap coat, but this looks very cozy and is a nice change from her usual silhouette. We also spy a return of the sapphire, ruby and diamond Minoru “horseshoe” Brooch, which we discussed when the Queen attended Ascot’s Racing weekend in November.

Four fifths of the Tindall family attended the New Year’s Day Racing at Cheltenham. Zara is wearing the Fold “Finchley” coat, but it’s her hat and handbag I covet. The purse is by Lalage, and her fedora is simply chef’s kiss (Somerset Millinery Clara). Little Lena is in the Monsoon “Elizabeth” coat.

Look at this styling chickadee!

Denmark

The Queen delivered her New Year’s address on December 31st, and the speech touched on various sensitive subjects ranging from the war in Ukraine to family dynamics. She wore her large diamond daisy pin, and continued the theme with her earrings, which is what you call leaning into it, big-time.

The Queen enjoyed some private time on New Year’s eve with a few friends. I enjoy her festive gown since I am a sucker for a print on a black background, but I am absolutely in awe of the strength of her earlobes.

Jordan

The Jordanian royals sent out New Year’s greetings. They are an impossibly good looking bunch, but even within all this genetic good fortune the Queen stands out. I really like her skirt and blouse, which are from Emporio Sirenuse. You can see some full length photos at New My Royals. The royal household recently announced that the Crown Prince will be married on June 1, with specifics to follow at a later date.

Luxembourg

Here’s another royal wedding to add to our calendar! Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg will marry Nicolas Bagory in a civil ceremony on April 22, at the Luxembourg Town Hall. They will have a traditional Catholic religious ceremony on April 29 at St. Tryomphe’s Church in Bormes-Les-Mimosas, France. (The wedding will NOT be in Arles, so thank you to the Baguettes and Hofdudes for the correction!)

Norway

This is a sweet mini-royal re-wear. Apparently Princess Ingrid-Alexandra is not the only one of the younger generation who likes a good dive into a relative’s closet!
