The Crown Prince and Princess of Denmark are on an official business trip to India. Accompanied by a delegation of 38 Danish businesses, they are spearheading the
“Partners for Green and Sustainable Progress” initiative. It’s a 3 1/2 day visit, and the Crown Princess has been conducting a master class in re-wears.
Day One
The couple touched down early in the day to begin the tour. The Crown Princess wore her amazing specs, a blazer from Imperial Fashion, and a pair of Chanel flats that I covet something fierce.
The couple headed off to see the Taj Mahal and stop for the iconic pose. Mary’s Etro skirt has seen tour duty before on a visit to Ethiopia in 2019. UFO NoMore – expert in this sort of thing – says Max also owns the same style.
Day Two
They had a full day of events during day two, including a visit to the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. I’ve been waiting to see this Vilshenko dress again (although she’s gotten a lot of wear out of it). Princess Charlene has also worn it, back in 2016.
In the evening, there was a Grand Dinner to officially start the trip. The Crown Princess re-wore her Soeren le Schmidt caped gown, which we originally saw at the Crown Prince Awards in 2019. She accessorized with a floral hair arrangement and statement earrings.
On the evening, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended the Grand Dinner in New Delhi as guests of honour, which was held to celebrate the diplomatic relations between Denmark and India. At the dinner, representatives from 38 Danish companies were present pic.twitter.com/8maGBGRsXa

Day Three
Day three started with the opening session of the “Partners for a Green and Sustainable Progress” conference, with both the Prince and Princess in attendance. They split up later for individual duties.
Mary visited a maternity lab at the All India Institute. The Crown Princess has received the memo on re-wears, again reaching into her closet for another of her Etro pieces.
Day Four
The Crown Princess visited a manufacturer in Chennai today, wearing what appears to be a Max Mara suit. She also wore two necklaces, the pendant with her children’s names initials and an “F” for Fred.

And just like that, it’s all over! The couple attended the closing ceremony together, Mary wearing another repeat.
Currently the Crown Prince Couple attends the Closing reception "Denmark and Tamil Nadu – Partners for Sustainable Growth". With that the visit to India comes to an end.
