Much like Daisy’s portrait yesterday, I think we need this. We did a post on the dress back on the day itself, but mercy, some close-ups of this gown will not go amiss.
The shoes and a bouquet are included in the exhibit, but alas for us, no veil or fringe tiara in sight.
The repurposed Hartnell was lent by the Queen, who wore it as an evening gown – with quite a different hem!
