Everyone is back to traveling and we are back to scrambling here at the blog!
Belgian State Visit to Greece
The Belgian Queen and King are in Greece for a three-day State Visit, and as predicted, the State Dinner did not yield a tiara moment. However, sneaky Queen Tils learned from the School of Her Friend Maxima and snuck a little bling into the proceedings in the form of Queen Fabiola’s Waterfall brooch, paired with the Waterfall earrings.
🇬🇷🇧🇪 Look at her! Belgian Queen Mathilde wears a brooch in her hair.
👸 Presumably a family heirloom: aunt Queen Fabiola’s waterfall brooch.

The Queen is wearing a Costarellos gown, which the website describes as a “neutral tone”. I would describe it as aqua, right? Maybe I am crazy. It’s tulle embellished with floral appliques and velvet trim. (H/T to Modekoningin Mathilde, as always). Pictured with the royals are the President of Greece Katerina Sakellaropoulou and her husband, Pavlos Kotsonis.
For her arrival and daytime activities, the Queen wore a repeated Natan dress with a new Fabienne Delvigne hat.
And I am relieved to say that the Queen looked spectacular during the royal visit to the Acropolis tonight. Spec. Tac. U. Lar. She should wear Dries Van Noten much more often.

Norwegian Official Visit to Sweden
The Crown Prince and Princess of Norway are on an official visit to Sweden, where their besties live. Which makes it all very convivial and convenient! They are being hosted by the Swedish Crown Princely couple for the next two days.
The evening reception was an all-blue event with Mette-Marit in a vintage gown from the 1960s. In a lovely nod to her hosts, she wore a handwoven piece crafted by Countess Ebba von Eckermann. (HUGE H/T to Heaven at UFONoMore for unearthing that deep piece of sartorial history!) Crown Princess Victoria wore her MaxJenny! dress, a particularly flattering choice for her.
The group attended several day events and took a few minutes to meet with the rest of the family. Victoria wore a repeated By Malina dress, and Mette-Marit wore a By Malina coat – a Swedish brand, a good choice! – and a Pia Tjelta print dress. Her pop-of-color pumps are the Malone Souliers “Brenda” model. Silvia is wearing her Valentino jacket, and Sofia is in frothy layers by ByTiMo.
Today’s ensembles tell you, quite emphatically, to “think spring!”. We’ve seen both Mette Marit’s vest and Victoria’s suit before, but they are still welcome.
Indian Visit to Denmark
I have to say everyone in this photo looks elegant. India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is perhaps the best, and he has the center position. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen looks elegant in her mauve, Queen Margrethe of Denmark is a slim figure in her black dark blue lace, Fred is working the uniform, and Crown Princess Mary shows us how a cape should be done. Mary’s earrings are by Bruun Rasmussen, and she wore them back in 2017 for Harald and Sonja’s 80th birthday gala. Her caped gown is a Royal Re-Wear by Valentino. She first wore it at the 2019 Japanese enthronement.
What do you think of the ensembles of the traveling royals?
