Random Royaling with Wax & Max

Willem-Alexander and Maxima participated in regional visit on May 28, 2019 in Neder-Betuwe, Netherlands. The King and Queen visited the town hall of Opheusden, Tree Center Opheusden, and Fruitmasters in Tiel and Culemborg. Our Dutch friends continue to spoil us and so we are very lucky to have direct photos of the royal couple. The coordination is subtle but amazing.
It simply wouldn’t be a Dutch queen if you couldn’t see her hat from afar!
Interesting detail on the skirt. I see those cool shoes, Wax.
I think the gloves look best here, as it almost appears they are tucked under the blouse.
I must admit it took me quite a long time to realize that Max’s shoes were not an unusual choice, but that it was the watermark of the photo playing tricks on me!
While not my favorite style of earrings, I do admit they are proportionately perfect and really compliment the entire look.
Love the gathers on Max’s neckline here. Very flattering.
