Yesterday, Queen Letizia visited the Niño Jesús University Children’s Hospital in a repeat fuchsia Hugo Boss. She paired it with her black strap low healed shoes and the Hugo Boss Banora blouse, which she owns in several colors.
The blouse was the star of the show back in October, when the Queen debuted this Boss ensemble during the State Visit to Germany. She wore a skinny black belt and a pair of slingbacks.
