Brit Brief – Ten Reasons Why Chaz and Cams Had the Best Royal Tour Ever

We’ll return to our regular Brit Brief next week. This week I want to focus on the most fun couple in the British Royal Family, and yes, they have a combined age of 141. Which goes to show…..something. Here are the ten reasons why Chaz and Cams just had the best tour ever.

Reason One – You discover your talents as a bird whisperer. Honestly, there are several photos of Charles balancing large, feathered creatures on his forearm, and he doesn’t wrinkle his forehead or suit in any of them.

Reason Two – The two of you hang out with John Lennon and discuss the real meaning behind “Strawberry Fields”.

Reason Three – You take a romantic beach walk with your wife, where you wear your suit and keep your brogues ON and she, like the free spirit she is, strides ahead in bare feet and her caftan.

Reason Four – You, the heir to the British throne, pose in front of a sculpture of Che Guevara. With aplomb.

Reason Five – You partake in fearless sampling of local beverages. (I swear they didn’t even stop to ask what it was. You’re offering? Sure, I’ll take some!)

Reason Six – You drink in the color and dancing. There was so much color and dancing everywhere.

Reason Seven – Did I mention beverages previously? You obviously love them.

Reason Eight – You display your driving skills in a vintage MG MD (I think that is what it was, don’t yell at me – I’m not a car person) while driving to a vintage British car show. Top Down.

Reason Nine – You almost get your hair cut by a charming local stylist. Oh, how I wish that had happened.

Reason Ten – Yes! You experience the joy of beverages – again!

Rock on, you two crazy kids. Yes, it was an historic tour, but you made it fun. That’s what makes royal watching worthwhile.
