Let’s start with a positive. This day dress is a cute look for the 100th anniversary of the Amsterdam Public Library earlier this month. She does a lot of literacy work and it’s great to see her out with kids.
And then something like this happens. (Yeah, totally out of chronological order.) Horrific jumpsuit worn to the Global Child Forum in 2018.

Prinsjesdag 2015 was one of her better looks, in my opinion. I can see how this would easily divide opinions, but your pal OC does not consider orders when judging a look. Those colors/widths are non-negotiable and so I look past them. I think the dress is very flattering to her, and I shall also ignore the silly hat.
ANNNNNND then there’s this from Koningsdag 2006. Sure, the lady is well into a pregnancy here, but wowza this is rough.
One of her finest appearances in recent times was at the farewell dinner hosted by Queen Beatrix at the Rijksmuseum April 29, 2013. A lovely dress + historic family jewels is always a winner in my book.
