So many mysteries surround this tiara. Where did it come from? Was it remade from Queen Mary’s bandeau, the one that the Duchess of Kent wore on her wedding day? Or was it a gift from the Worsley family? Where is it now? It hasn’t been seen since the mid 1990s, although good reasons exist for that. The Duchess of Kent retired from public life and the other female family members don’t have public tiara events.
